What To Eat Before & After Yoga

Practicing yoga is a great way to keep healthy and balanced throughout this pandemic. While yoga is all about finding inner peace and connecting with our bodies, we should also practice eating mindfully and healthily.

It’s important to listen to our bodies before and after yoga to determine when and what to eat as our bodies hold all the wisdom to help us eat intuitively - we just have to create the space to listen.

Here are some foods that will help prepare and replenish your body.

BEFORE

It’s important to remember to eat at least 2 hours before you practice to give yourself enough time to digest. Avoid spicy, fatty and acidic foods which could give you indigestion while you practice.
